Re-Sizing Policy EARasers Earplugs (30 day exchange w/ proof of purchase)

Should you feel you have purchased an incorrect size for your ear canal, simply contact us within 30 days of the Original Purchase date to obtain a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA#) Number. You will need to include the following with your merchandise return:

* The RMA # you received from us
* The original receipt with “Date of Purchase” circled
* Written request stating the new size you want
* Payment of $10 for shipping & handling (this may increase depending on your location).
(Note:  We highly recommend you place shipping insurance on your package being sent to us.  We can not be responsible for the shipping carrier you choose.).

The product exchange for size is complimentary, if requested within the 30 days of proof of purchase and meets the criteria mentioned above.

Return for Replacement Policy (one year warranty)

In some rare cases, should your product show signs of a manufacturing defect, please contact Persona Medical/EARasers (407) 339-2422 within one year of original purchase (unless stated otherwise on your invoice), to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) Number.  

You will need to include the following with your merchandise return:

* The RMA # you received from us
* The original receipt with “Date of Purchase” circled
* Written explanation of the defect
* Payment of $10 for shipping & handling (this may increase depending on your location).
(Note:  We highly recommend you place shipping insurance on your package being sent to us.  We can not be responsible for the shipping carrier you choose.)

We will replace any manufacturing defect with new product.  There is a one-time replacement for purchased sets.  

Note: Warranty is void if the product is damaged, or becomes damaged, due to inappropriate use.

 

 Re-make Policy Monarch In-Ear Monitors (30 day w/proof of purchase)

Should you feel your Monarchs don't fit well, simply contact us within 30 days of the Original Purchase date to obtain a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA#) Number. You will need to include the following with your merchandise return:

* The RMA # you received from us
* The original receipt with “Date of Purchase” circled
* Indicate uncomfortable area(s) by marking on the product with a permanent pen. 

* Indicate the color change requested. ($50)

* Payment of $10 for shipping & handling (this may increase depending on your location).

(Note:  We highly recommend you place shipping insurance on your package being sent to us.  We can not be responsible for the shipping carrier you choose.)

Limited Refund Policy (30 day w/proof of purchase)

If you in the rare percentage of those we many not be able to fit, and you purchased your EARasers from our website, then we offer a 100% money back guarantee less all shipping/handling charges. Simply contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) Number, and return your product(s) to our Address shown below. If you purchased your EARasers earplugs at another retailer, or online at a different e-tailer, then we will do our best to help you out, however we are not able to guarantee refunds from the actual store where you purchased your products.  Because EARasers are a body worn device, Department of Health regulations states retailers and e-tailers are not equipped to handle your returns.  As an FDA registered manufacturer of medical products, Persona Medical is able to handle your return and is happy to eliminate that purchasing "risk" by doing our best to address your needs and fit you appropriately.

Your EARasers In-Ear Custom Monarchs are offered a money back guarantee, less the digital impression scan fee ($50). All accessories must be returned or their value will be deducted from the credit invoice.  If No Risk Warranty was purchased on the In-Ear Custom Monarchs, you will be charged $75 processing fee and the damaged product must be returned prior to repair/replacement. The No Risk Warranty is only eligible for use one time regardless of whether one earpiece or both earpieces are damaged.
